2. A cotton-bud kit (for sample collection) will be sent to you.

3. All you have to do is collect your sample (cotton-bud: oral epithelial cell), put it in the kit and send it to us.

4. Your sample (cotton-bud: oral epithelial cell) is then sent to the laboratory for analysis.

5. The analysis results are available to view on the Dow Gene website (www.dowgene.com) you have signed up. Or it is sent to you by mail.
